The Modesto Asuncion Ancheta Trust (MAAT) is a Nevada-based organization established to support and advance humanitarian programs and initiatives in the United States and internationally. Its mission is centered on promoting charitable activities that benefit communities, strengthen human development efforts, and contribute to global well-being. MAAT is structured as a foundational trust dedicated exclusively to public benefit purposes. All of its activities are guided by its commitment to humanitarian impact and service-oriented initiatives.

Appointment of Trustee

1. Appointment. The District Court of Clark County Nevada appointed Mr. Dennis Hatch Christen as Trustee of this Trust.
2. Duties and Responsibilities. The Trustee shall have the following duties and fiduciary responsibilities:

• • To receive, hold, manage, invest, and administer all assets of the Trust in accordance with the terms of this Trust and applicable law.
  • To maintain accurate books, records, and accounts reflecting all Trust transactions and to discharge fiduciary duties in good faith, with loyalty, and in the best interests of the beneficiaries; and,
  • To distribute Trust assets to the designated beneficiaries in accordance with the terms of this Trust instrument and any lawful directives set forth herein.

Appointment of Executor

1. The Executor of the Trust shall be Pineapple-Orange Foundation USA, Inc. (POFI-USA), a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Utah (the “Executor”). The Executor shall be responsible for carrying out the Trust’s humanitarian programs in accordance with its objectives.
2. The Executor, acting through its Board of Directors (see POFI-USA.com), shall have sole authority to:

• • Identify, evaluate, and select prospective beneficiaries of the Trust’s humanitarian grants.
  • Determine the nature, scope, and amount of grants to be awarded; and
  • Allocate Trust funds exclusively for humanitarian purposes consistent with the Trust’s objectives. The allocation will be requested by the Executor’s representative to the Trustee for distribution of identified funding approved by the Board of Directors, POFI-USA.

Trust Account

1. The Trust’s anticipates maintaining its primary account with Barclays Bank, United Kingdom (Trust Account).
2. All distributions to humanitarian beneficiaries, as directed by the Executor, shall be made from the Trust Account by the Trustee.

Independence of Roles

The Executor and the Trustee shall be independent of one another and shall exercise their respective powers without interference.

Cooperation and Oversight

The Executor and the Trustee shall act in good faith and in coordination to ensure the orderly administration of the mission.
