About the trust
The MAAT Trust, a Nevada-based foundation trust, operates under a dual-structure model designed to ensure both effective asset management and transparent humanitarian efforts.
Trust administration is led by Trustee Dennis Hatch Christen, who is responsible for overseeing and managing the Trust’s assets in accordance with its foundational objectives.
Complementing this role, the Executor, Pineapple-Orange Foundation USA (POFI-USA), Inc., administers the Trust’s humanitarian grant programs.
The Executor ensures that all charitable efforts are conducted with transparency, accountability, and alignment with the Trust’s humanitarian mission.
Together, the Trustee and Executor operate independently yet collaboratively, maintaining a coordinated framework that balances fiduciary responsibility with impactful philanthropic outreach.
